Outdoor Carol Service

We are looking forward to having an outdoor carol service. There will be limited seating indoors. If you would like to sit inside booking is required. If you plan to sit outside, booking is helpful and you will need to bring your own seating if possible. Singing will be permitted for those outdoors only.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines and risk assessment requirements, we are restricted to numbers we can have in the community centre at present. 

In order to comply with these requirements and in order to obtain details for Track & Trace purposes, we are requiring all those looking to attend to pre-book via the website. We are required to hold your details for 21 days for track and trace purposes. After this, your information will be deleted from our system.

Please wear a face mask when attending and arrive at least 15 minutes before the service is due to start. Please don't attend the service if you have a cough or a fever, bring your own drink if required, use the toilet at home before you arrive, and don't give lifts to people outside of your household and support bubble. On arrival, stewards will guide you where to go and communication should be limited to groups of 6 people outside. When the service is finished, please leave promptly and don't congregate in the car park.
