- Sundays | Providence Baptist Church | Clifton
Sundays As restrictions begin to lift, we are now able to hold morning services at the revised timings and setup shown below. We meet at 9.30am & 11am every Sunday in Clifton Community Centre for morning worship. We seek to worship God together by singing, praying, and reading and learning from the Bible. Online booking is required through the events page of the website. Unfortunately there are currently no creche or children groups operating during the service. Evening worship is currently being pre-recorded and uploaded for you to view here. The 11am service will be streamed here live. Alternatively you can attend in person if you are able. Click here to book a seat now. Sunday evening service can be found here by 6pm Sunday evenings.
- Giving | Providence Baptist Church | Clifton
Giving As Christians, the way we utilise our money is a great way for us to highlight to others how Jesus’ values are radically different from the world around us – both individually and as a church. As a church, we want to ensure that our finances are managed in a way that honours God – that we are efficient, effective, full of integrity and transparent and that how the church spends the money reflects God’s concerns both locally and around the world. We avoid charging for church events wherever we can, as we believe the Gospel should be free and accessible to all people. For those looking to give to the work of the church we can now receive gifts through an online payment system in conjunction with Stewardship services: . This also enables us to claim back Gift Aid from the government on donations from UK tax payers. www.give.net However, giving is not just about the cash in our pockets! It’s a great privilege to also be able to serve God by giving of our time, skills and money, all in response to his giving up his most treasured Son, Jesus.
